Scientific support

A large number of change management projects are launched every year. New organizational structures are established, remuneration systems are changed and corporate social responsibility initiatives are launched. However, there is often not enough time to evaluate the project's success in the long term and to make precise adjustments where necessary. The Institute of Organization and Human Resource Management is happy to provide free support for projects where it would make sense from a scientific point of view. The prerequisite for this is that the results may be published in renowned international journals with the names of the project partners or completely anonymously.
