Study Programs

Bachelor

The Bachelor courses are held as part of the general business degree program. In the lectures ‘Introduction to Management: Leadership Theory’, ‘Human Resources and Organization’ and the two proseminars ‘Human Resources’ and ‘Organization’, students are taught the fundamental problems, theories and research methods of human resources management and organizational theory.

Master

In the Master courses, the basics of the Bachelor degree are deepened. Particular emphasis is placed on promoting independent and networked thinking. The aim is a deep and critical understanding that can later be transferred to practice. In the seminars, students have the opportunity to expand their methodological knowledge and work independently on scientific issues. The courses offered can be found under the menu item “Courses”.

PhD Courses

PhD students can work on challenging dissertation projects in a research-led team. PhD students receive methodological training in advanced training courses held by internationally renowned researchers. Participation in conferences and workshops is also encouraged.  The PhD program at the Institute of Organization and Human Resources qualifies students for an academic career or a science-based activity in practice.
